If I deciphered your message right, you’re asking how will they send you the beta key?
The website account is the same account you’re using in the forums. Since you logged in with your Facebook, they will send you your beta key to the e-mail your Facebook is registered on.

After you registered your FB/Google account it will be an Steam icon close to your name, click there and it will send you to steam page for linking. If you are having problems to reach that its due to the volume of people doing the exactly same thing.

or do i enter the beta code in the game id code like other games
2nd answer but they should send you an email explaining how to actually download the game so… no need to ask on the forums.
You add the key on your steam library, go on Games menu and click Add game key or something like that and past the key there when it ask.
