Sem prejudicar quem não teve culpa ? impossível. O que DEVE ser feito infelizmente é o Wipe, esse dinheiro injetado do nada fodeu a economia pra quem começou jogar agora, o jogador que se aproveitou do exploit esta muito a frente de um player honesto. Infinitas Pots em um armazém Equips refinados até o limite todas as skills upadas até o lvl máximo, porque obviamente o dinheiro é infinito não é mesmo ? porque se preocupar ? isso sem comentar o problema de pagamento com a steam que esta injetando tp infinitamente também, o que gera um prejuízo enorme pra IMC e também afeta a economia de forma negativa. a UNICA solução que vai resolver 100% dos problemas é o wipe, cortar pela raiz, sinto muito que você tenha perdido 2 semanas de jogo, eu também perderei. Porem eu prefiro começar de novo de forma justa, do que ter que me preocupar com jogadores extremamente fortes com builds que levariam meses e meses para serem feitas. Infelizmente os bons pagam pelos maus.
Concordo, já que mesmo não sendo correto a atitude de quem usou isso pra beneficio próprio, não é culpa de quem sem querer acabou caindo no bug. Como eu disse, a culpa é da Steam e da IMC. O melhor a se fazer é wipe mesmo e talvez remover os métodos de compra da Steam e colocá-los no proprio site do jogo para eles terem controle sobre isso.
Your picture is the steam refund exploit, which just proves what I said. While exploitable by non-Brazilians, that is NOT what IMC is referring to. What they ARE referring to is specific to Brazil, as the payment option they committed fraud with, doesn’t exist for any other region.
The reason IMC singles out the Brazilian steam store in their post is because they are referring to the Brazil-only exploit. When they address the steam refund exploit, which anyone regardless of country can do, they can talk about steam as a general whole then.
tl;dr PLEASE STOP PRETENDING EVERY OTHER COUNTRY COULD’VE USED THE EXPLOIT IMC IS REFERRING TO. THAT PAYMENT OPTION DOESN’T EXIST IN ANY OTHER REGION. THE STEAM REFUND EXPLOIT IN YOUR SCREENSHOT IS SEPARATE AND CAN BE USED BY ANYONE, BUT IS /NOT/ WHAT IMC IS TALKING ABOUT.
P.S. I have absolutely nothing against Brazilians, but people like you are spreading false information. I get that you don’t like being singled out as cheaters, but for THIS exploit in question, no other nationality would’ve been able to do it. If you want to complain about the steam refund exploit, this is the wrong place to do it. You’re purposely confusing the issue.
Concordo que fudeu em muita coisa, os players que nao abusaram estarao em muita desvantagem e um wipe deve ser considerado. Mas é importante lembrar que nenhum dinheiro foi realmente injetado na economia, pq o silver tem que ter vindo de algum lugar.
Yea, I spent a lot of time between this game and school trying to get to rank7. I really dont want my character wiped. The progression in this game makes it hard to keep doing it. Specially for like… a 3rd time as a beta tester. I dont want to lose my character data anymore.
Im sure IMCgames needs to invest some time in finding people who are actually abusing their system and seriously compensate the people who kept within the legitmate playable guidlines. This isnt a beta test anymore. Its early access. And people need to not cheat.
@chaklian20 I wouldnt disagree with what you said either. There is alot of goldsellers. And I can totally see them taking advantage of this system to make a profit without buying a founders.
but I really dont think its necessary to wipe. I think just time invested or a team that is invested into taking care of this.
I think anyone with multiple purchases of the same founders pack should be banned from playing. There is literally no need to do that other then to take advantage of the system.
you know that with a proxy/vpn anyone could have exploited the same and hope they fix the refund one too

There is no need for a wipe.
In my opinion they should just open a 5th international server when F2P comes out that is similar to Kleipeda and Orsha where you CANNOT TRANSFER any characters over WITH ONE EXCEPTION.
Those that wish to start anew can join it. New F2p players can choose to join the new server or they can join the already existing servers to which they might already have friends playing in or just to join players near their country.
I vote new server with no transfers to it allowed… with the exception being if you want to transfer over your team name over then your account gets wiped.

From my understanding, the Brazilian payment service lets you offer something like an IOU bank slip, where you can submit a promissory “payment”, but don’t have to actually pay until you go to the bank. Think PayPal, but no real transaction takes place until the user pays it off at the bank. In order to use this payment option though, one would probably require an account at this payment service that is linked to a valid Brazilian bank account or credit card or identity in some way, so I don’t see how anyone outside outside of Brazil would be able to exploit this.

IF you could make one of these accounts and submit promissory notes without any sort of identifier, I suppose then it could be exploitable by anyone, regardless of region. Seems pretty ridiculous that a payment company could be so lax on security though…
If Brazilians cause a server wipe, IP ban them all immediately. Won’t really matter, because I won’t play anymore if there is a wipe, but at least we will finally be able to point to an MMO that provided definitive proof that BR is cancer.
If there is a WIPE you will probably still play the game, a lot of refunds, bonus XP, bonus drops, and bonus everything will be granted. But relax I think it is not coming yet.
BR was confirmed a internet cancer a long time ago since the beggining of social networks, this is just another example, but don’t hate them, mostly of them don’t know what they are doing, it’s a cultural thing.
If the BOTs programs come to free/public level, i can confirm for sure that the BOTs will be most part of BRs players, even more than goldsellers.
I think IMC need a Latin Server with high urgency.

I didn’t even know you could redeem multiple of the same founders pack. But, no not really. They are financially supporting the game and getting something for doing so. It’s not really game breaking in what they are doing.
Did you not see the previous posts? You actually cant buy the same one on the same account. The people have been getting refunds and repurchasing it for the benefits.
Nope I’ll be honest I didn’t read all 239 posts. I skimmed through a lot of it and even skipped some posts. I’m guessing I’m not understanding how this works clearly enough. I get the whole IOU Bank note thing that is basically being done. What I don’t get is why Steam doesn’t put their wallet at a negative balance. DLC can’t be refunded per what it says on that page. So if Steam was being responsible with this they would hopefully do exactly that. Put a negative balance on the person’s Steam account and they can’t get anything until they resolve the issue/pay what they owe.
Server Wipe? Silver Wipe? Resets? How about…
