For honest players like me the minimum we want is a mass ban with no escape. 
For those who vote for wipe, my question is will your expected wipe completely fix the steam bug? Remember it is a steam bug not a ToS bug. Wipe will only have minimum impact on those hackers and legal players will hurt a lot.
Again, since it is only a small portion of players in Orscha, I don’t see any reason to wipe all servers, if you vote for wipe, at most wipe for Orscha ONLY.
For someone saying, those main char with ghost chars selling items in the market to earn silvers, players have the right not to buy them. If someone cannot resist the drug, why everyone else that follows rules should also suffer? Buying from AH is not the only legal way that we could get what we want in ToS.

Honestly, it is not hard to track.
Account A exploits, sell stuff on the market and gets unlawfull profit. How to transfer to account B, the main account? They cant 1:1 trade so it needs to be through AH.
Account B places some crappy item for 1m silver. There.
Just track w/e was sold from Account A for any overpriced amount.
Not to mention, whoever did this, should also face criminal charges.
Hey I got a better idea. Since they are allowing server transfer before they ban these token cheaters, why don’t we just let these cheaters do a server transfer out of Orsha, and that way we don’t have to wipe the server and the negative effect can be evenly distributed throughout all the servers to minimize the impact? Now that’s a brilliant idea.

Lol my idea is too good huh? Why ya’ll gotta hate on these token cheaters? It’s only fair that everyone gets a share of their love. Maybe after that people can truly decide whether they want a wipe or not, or maybe it will be long forgotten and people will get on with their daily grinding and pretend it never happened.
My question is will wipe permanently stop silver exploit? Will wipe stop the return of those hackers? If after wipe, they will come back, what’s the point of doing the wipe? Please answer my question.

No. I’ve played many hours and acquired a lot of stuff I don’t want to start over.
Exploiters, hackers, cheaters, they will always be around in the gaming community like virus. As long as there is game, there will always be someone who tries to exploit. The best you can do is 1) repair the damage, 2) minimize the impact, 3) set up preventive measures. In this case, how are you going to repair the damage that’s done to the market and minimize the impact that someone has gotten all the free TPs to stock up on 10x enchant scroll box to enchant their accessory with 3 bonus attributes? Please propose a solution instead of “this is pointless therefore don’t do it”
As you said, exploiters are always there, do you think wipe is a “solution” by your definition?
What damage does it repair? Due to a small portion of hackers in one server, more legal players who loot and do quests are going to be hurt, you call this “repair damage” and “minimize impact”?
So doing nothing is a solution?
Wipe isn’t here solve anything, the purpose of the wipe is to create a balanced ground in which IMC can apply counter measures to avoid the problem to happen again.
It’s faster, easier and cheaper to wipe everything and apply counter measures than try to run around like a blindman trying to patch every damage the scammers did.
It’s easier to cure a disease or avoid it with a vaccine?
There is a lot of advantages to wipe the server, it will create a better server and your experience after the wipe will be 10x better than before.
I am just saying wipe is NOT the solution, I did NOT say “doing nothing is a solution”. We just need a better solution than wipe.
Again, my question is how can you guarantee that what you say about “after wipe” facts will come true? If the steam bug is not fixed, how can that be better?
Your reason to take wipe is JUST because it is faster, easier and cheaper. Have you ever thought how IMC needs to deal with the rage from many of ToS players if they do the wipe? It is NOT as fast, easy and cheap as you imagined.
They don’t have reason to be angry, mad etc…
To “fix” the problem is easy, that were never the hard part of the problem.
To fix this and never happen again, just remove “bank slip” as a option to buy the dlc, and make tokens untradeable. Done.
The hard part is found out how many ppl did this, how much silver did they get, how much TP, who are involved and who isn’t, how to fix prices and AH, ban, remove items, remove silver, they will need ppl loking at raw data searching for scammer, create a algoritm to search for suspicious transactions…
And if they ban or remove silver from a honest player?? I think that’s even more frustrating that get everyone wiped…
we have good reason not to like BRs they kill EVERY game they get into, its not even open yet and the BRs trying to kill the game, wake up.
