30% to resist CC while sprinting is minimal, once your 70% to get caught procs you are doomed. They should buff Pain Barrier to be able to resist all CC, like it is now for KD, Kockback and stagger.
They buffed a long time ago the animations speed but it is not enough. They should be almost instant, to not let the target escape once you get close.
If they put pain barrier to resist all CCs, wizards will cry because swordsman can one shot full con wiz with 1 hexen dropper unless they are buffed with stone skin.

A chance to resist all CC sounds fair, you have to think about the window when the buff is not active. Wizards can 100-0% with 0 int only with CC, and they have the longest CC in the game, 5 seconds freeze with an absurd chance, earthquake KD for 3 seconds, sleep which you can hit the enemy without awakening him.
CC in this game is totaly broke, that is why dispeller exists.

60k hexen is 15k in pvp. Reduced damage in pvp.
This build can be good in pvp if spear throw can home into target and have 100% bind chance and bind doesnt go away after a hit.
Hoplite 3 should be top tier pvp class with the right changes.

Because both kToS Swordsmen and iToS Swordsmen have spoken up about it multiple times? Its lead to fixes on kToS and fixes in the works on iToS, same as PvP is in the works. There are lots of things that need fixing so we talk about it to get it done. If you want to talk about the need for PvP, there are multiple threads or start your own as many do.
Also, on topic, for every 1 person who doesnāt think Swordsmen need a fix (and these people usually do not play Swordsman classes, at least not above level 200+), there is about 10 who do. You should know what youāre talking about before you speak. There are also tons of threads on this subject, that go in depth as to why each class needs certain fixes, and general empowerment.
Exactly. All these people saying thereās nothing wrong with swordsman clearly has never played one or gotten high enough in levels to understand one.
If you even get to around level 120+ you can clearly see swordsman has issues. Go even higher to around 225+ and you can see that swordies are completely overshadowed by every other class in almost every aspect of the game.
The reason why there are so many complaints and threads about how underwhelming swordsman are is because that is the truth. Swordsman in this game are pure trash and I feel IMC did a horrible job of balancing each respective classes. However, they are slowly fixing and bringing it up to par with the other classes (as seen in kToS), so Iām guessing we just have to wait for the buffs.
Replace Swordsman with Tauntsman and it is more accurate naming. IMC should be able to rename it too letās go make a gameplay feedback suggestion that they rename Swordsman to Tauntsman so thereās no longer any confusion that Swordsman can be DPS.
