Anyone know how exactly this skill works? Does it last a few seconds on the target or is it deactivated after you hit the target?
It applies a debuff for a small duration (like 5 sec)

Honestly I didn’t feel a lot of difference but I was only fletcher C1. But Barbed Arrow is really good.
