I think it should be start counted from 26/12/2017, for those who just joined back after the rank reset event.

Really tho I think it’s unfortunate for those who happen to miss both reset events which is why this should’ve been started right after the reset event. But honestly there’s no way to fix that other than give everyone another free reset, which is not the intention of this and it shouldn’t be. I guess people who miss this still have time to get the level up event reset at the very least.
I guess I would suggest people who logged in after last weeks patch (and not over a month before) to send a ticket to IMC if they could provide them with a reset.

Those who need the rank reset most are the ones who logged on just after the event ended and missed out. Because they logged on, they would also miss out on this one. Makes no sense
You should just give rank reset to everyone and call it New Year Start or something ;3 No one would complain even after two weeks of free reset than.

This makes no sense, the players who are interested in the game come back with the rank 9 update, or some days after that, now (I think) the only ones whos going to resive this will be the new players and they don’t need that, and maybe a very small numbers of returning players, just give 1 reset to every one and makes all your players happy (I need it T_T)
I was/am too busy to return for rank 9 and am tempted every day to come back…

Just give away one free rank reset every 30 days to everyone, jeez. It won’t be broken or bad in ANY way.
After you screwed last reset event (giving only 15 resets - rip ppl with more chars), it’s the best thing you can do.
It’s a bad idea on who you are targetting and overlooked those who fall in between.
- For all your changes or updates on any of the circles; Affected players should get a rank reset.
- It might be a balance/nerf of skills or rework of classes, you should ethically send them a rank reset due to the changes made.
From my experience, I received skill resets for being a returning savior.[ Hope I remembered it correctly ] Build from the past is not suitable now, skills have changed and my character is screwed with two circles due to that. We came back for the X’mas event, looking at how nice the update was and etc. And at 2018, we’re screwed all over by the poor decision made.

And I would like to say that the Rank Reset Voucher for Returning Saviors is our way to give players who missed the previous two weeks of resets a chance to come back to the world of TOS and reset their builds.
For the users who missed both the two weeks and the resets for returning players I would like to offer my apologizes and I will pass on your feedback.
However, right now we currently have a series of events going on in game that will give all players a chance to level up quickly. And returning players who missed the resets will still be able to gain a skill reset potion and a stat reset potion through our Returning Savior Homecoming Gift. Plus, all players who reach level 360 before Jan.9th will receive a Rank Reset Voucher for 60 days by interacting with the Event Notice Board.
So I hope that everyone will participate!
