I’m a little disappointed in how they are going about with balancing low rank skills… Why are we depending on gear to make a bad skill decent. 
@fatedhour @kashon meta still changing. For example due to new items (pyro with agni necklace) etc. etc.

I hear the agni buffs are T2 modifiers and thus stacks additively with quick cast (e.g. the 391% fireball becomes 441% with quick cast), is that true? Also, any info on Hell Breath’s modifier?

Yes, the game will shift even more away from stat, more toward equips to get dps.
@Sholf Have not seen hell breath yet. I only glanced quickly at the forum posts. I cannot confirm about t2 modifier etc. All tests were without quickcast.
Maybe someone can determine modifier based on this?:

does agni work with pyro only? or works with other wizard fletcher PD fire skills too?
Seeing a new (?) Owl attribute AND Miko information makes me cry with happiness cuz I’m rolling a Diev 3 in preparation for Miko to recreate RO Bard.

Pyro is shifting the dps meta realy? Is it that huge as it seems?
Also that necro seems like a beast … Would like to know bout that damage, what is it?
