Working for me, but it is subtle.
what do you mean by subtle? is it not that impressive?
My character glows green/pinkish and it has more of a rigid/machine-gun-like animation.

Yeah I’ve seen someone use Barrage on Ranger3 costume and just the reddish glow seems different.
Out of topic but can you put the Ranger3 costume into item storage and let other non-ranger3 archer wear it?
I think not? same us other class locked custome.
Mine is glowing,but you need to wear 2hand bow if you wear a crossbow you wont see the effects. Just a flashy looking thing. Nothing fancy.
this sucks, argh, who uses 2hand other than mergens -_-
i swore there was a crossbow gif with the ranger3 costume where barrage was more ‘sparkly’

Lol. It’s not broke it’s intentional. Two-Handed bow is Ranger’s desired weapon. It’s the exact same way why Qs3 Costume won’t work with two handed bow.
The shot animation is not present while wearing 2H bow as well, it’s just your charcter is glowing red(pinkish) and green hmmm.
If you get this, it’s fine.

Nope no lights on the weapon it’s only my character that is glowing (with 2H bow equipped). Anyways the costume is bad-ass. Just waiting for Lt. general archer costume something :3

i tried d, even my another archer ranger with C2 cant wear… so need to be archer ranger C3
W/ or w/o the barrage effect it is still a good custome I rank it #2 , #1 is the Lt. General Archer custome :3 
archer ceremonial looks goooood too, the female one, not the male one, sad that its harder to get, I keep getting crappy hats
