Report in bug section or file a ticket in the hopes that they will fix it.
I asked some ranger 3 last night on my server. some of them said they don’t have effect but some said it works fine. I just re-installed game client now. Hope it may fix.
Update: Time wasted! still not working
My ranger 3 female shows costume effect with 2 handed bows, but no barrage arrows effect

Btw, I sent a support ticket and they replied me that it is because of my network and suggested to use better network LOL
lul network issue? really? Did they mentioned that it should work on Xbows too?
