Can you use archer skills with the musket? On tosbase.com it doesn’t list the Musket on anything but the musketeer skills… Also what about sapper skills?

no, weapon will swap to cast it (if you have a bow and musket equipped)
sappers don’t specify what weapon because they can be used by all kinds of equipment. so musketeer gun and using sapper skill is fine

Cool, I was just making sure it wasn’t just because the skills weren’t edited on there. Thanks, it’s definitely going to help make my decision on a build.
You can use Swift Step and Kneeling Shot without weapon swap.
