Been fine with farming 315 mats. Also being fine in 290 Dungeon (Although HP Potions are needed, tho - i normaly skip the Mage Mobs, cuz i hate how they walk and it takes forever to bring them together on one spot)

I also tried those 3 builds, which u mentioned.
IMO lvl 15 Gung-Ho is too good to pass.
And getting Concentrate is IMO not that great cuz at least in my stat distribution i dont have that much Dex.

I cant recommend neglecting Restrain. I cant count how many times i saved myself with the stun procc via Kunai/Pistol Shot or whatever.

Also about future proof. I realy think that when R9 or R10 or whatever appears weĀ“ll probably get a new Reset Event. So iĀ“ll pick what i wanna play now., and dont care about future proofing my characters.

After testing Aspd i found ~180 Dex to be enough. And counting in gear i can reach 180.

For now its 4 parts purple HG set. Later on i change to Solmiki Leather

Right now I have a Highlander 3 Corsair 3 with this in mind. They are giving A LOT of DPS (although itā€™s probably still less than Doppel because Doppel). What would we get for R8 tho?

I thought about getting Barb1 for Cleave and thatā€™s it. Bunshin does add a lot of burst tho, so I was considering Shinobi as well. Not sure. Shinobi may be better.

About Dex, 150-200 total is the optimal range. You can pick whichever number you find better (180 in Sera1003ā€™s case).

The best thing to do is play whathever you want to test and like and before the rank reset event ends, reset all your alt characters and stick only with one that you are certain about your build because they surely will apply these updates soon and more balance fixes so you donā€™t get lost in the rank vortex afterpatch.

That is why i opted for same path atm, i always doubted about corsairā€™s damage output in bosses compared to other classes but as a farming class its awesome so sw3 fits nicely with his package, highlander tends to a more boss ST variant and i already have 2 HL based builds and archers so i think iā€™m fine about boss killing classes.

So what about a spear corsair sw3 barb, corsair3 dragoon, or its a sin making a corsair w/o a sword these days (since adbchar is a shield on main hand)?

Bcz i was running the old hoplite build for crit rate and more pierce damage (too used to spear builds now).
But i understand that getting finestra isnt too good for a nonshield build.

Well its not a sin.
I wanna fight with a sword instead of a spear.
Abdochar is the unique 315 weapon and thats why i choose it. I dont have any probelsm farming materials and have plenty of practoniums (I never crafted weapons till now since i was a Fencer, but i have 6 chars 317+)
Unique weapons gain more Patk with Enhance and Transcend so i went Abdochar.

I used to be Hoplite-Corsair-Shin, since i wanted to have Spear Lunge, but tbh. i just cant stand the animation i have when using Finestra. Also i dont wanna miss out on Barb and Sw3.

I cant say anything to Dragoon, since i never tried it out and i was never interested in it - but i dont think having only Dragoon 1 is good.

ya drag1 is not that great, you just get gae bulg aditional hit from multhit skills (what can boost ur damage a little) besides more 3 or 2 pierce skills.

I have winged spear(315 orange) recipe atm bcz my previous build was sw.pelt2.cata3.goon2, but now im look for a diff build from cata.

Was considering SW3-HL2-Cor2-Shino for a bit, but in the end I want that pistol so eh.

Sw3-Barb-Cors3-Shin.

I tried out various builds. But in the end i came back to the first build i had in mind after knowing we could change our builds.
In the end i had not much to choose from.
I wanted Sw3 for PB. and Corsair3+Shinobi was also a must have for me.
So in the end R4 was the thing to switch.
Hoplite isnt my cup of tea, i had this build for like 6 months, it was nice but im more than happy to change away from Spear Focused build.
Sword + Pistol it is. Im realy looking forward to R9 announcments, now.

I went PB12, Gung-Ho15, Restrain 10, Bash3, Double Slash5.

Hard choice between PB15 or Gun-Ho 15 or Restrain 10.
But my final decision was PB12. So iĀ“ll stick with it xD

3s PB for ~40 PAtk or 9s Restrain.

In the end it doesnt realy matter, tho.
