Questions about my Musketeer build

Class and Rank Archer

I already have a character going Cannoneer with this path:

Archer - Ranger3 - Archer2 - Falconer - Cannoneer

I am planning to make a Musketeer as my second character following this path:

Archer - QS3 - Archer2 - Scout - Musketeer

I know that QS3 is for those with low ping. The ping in SEA now is not stable for me. My ping now is 200-300ms like in Klaipeda but sometimes it goes down to 100ms or less. My question is, should I still continue this build?

If not, I want a build with Archer2 - Scout - Musketeer. What classes can I fit in those 3 ranks that can go well with Musketeer? My choices are only Sapper or Wugushi. But I don’t know if not going C3 in those would be enough. Please don’t say Ranger or Falconer as I already have a character with that class.

P.S. I can take away Archer2 if needed. Is Swift Step really that necessary?

How about A2 Sap2 W2 M? You will be ping independent, with loads of DoTs.

In both Sapper and Wugushi you don’t need C3.

I’m thinking of that build too. That could work, what about the damage? Which has more damage, that build or the QS3 build? Is Wugushi 1 still good? Or should it always be Wugushi 2?

With the right gear and buffs QS3 is more single target damage, Sap2 Wug2 is always more AoE damage
