the critical attribute available in archer circle 2.

Does it increase my ACTUAL crit rate by 25%? like if I have 0 crit rate in may character stats screen, will I have 25% crit rate on mobs with 0 crit resistance? or does it increase my crit rate stat by 25%? (example : crit rate : 100, w/buff 125)

It increases your current “Crit rate” stat by 25%, less useful for low crit-rate characters
