So snipe deals 400% ATK+XXXX damage, if attribute is max, does it deal 800% ATK??
Max enhance attribute means final damage from damage calculations * 2
Example: disregarding defense and crit
(Your attack + skill attack) * T1 (that 400%) * enhance (200%)

Yes, really. You can test this yourself so easily… check damage before leveling then check damage after buying like 10 levels of snipe (around 100k, pretty cheap)
All you need to know is that for all skills with Enhance % attribute, going from 0 to 100 means you double your damage, except for things like Wugushi poisons or any bleed skill.
Okay I’ll test it, thanks for the reply! I was wondering about this because oblique shot would be doing 2x damage than normal attacks which I thought would be pretty unbelievable hahaha
