Yes, but you may need max level of multi shot, level 1 tear down, max level Deploy Pavise, Rapid Fire just an average multihit skill.
and rush QS3 before Archer2

Try archer -> ranger x3 -> rougue -> scout -> musk

you one shot everyone that isnt wearing plate LOL
