Quest checkbox missing after do quest

Bug Description : bug start yesterday when i start quest at barynwell 84
at first quest just not appear. but i notice after i done quest in that route, i cant apply checkbox another quest unless i uncheck another quest and should quest at baryn.
and i cant check another quest anymore. now only 1 quest on sidebar left
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. tick checkbox quest and done quest
2. unable to check other quest anymore

Quest not getting marked when taken
