i recall quarrel shooter having some kind of rope skill, i remebr my quarrel shooter freind using it on me in a duel/ was it removed? i cant find info about it anywhere.

Its an Archer C1’s Full Draw pseudo Joint Penalty mechanic that occur when you Full Draw one target into one another target. (Including your companion too)
