I’ll go class by class.
Archer : Unless you plan on spending money on Oblique shot’s attributes, put 1 into Oblique and the rest into Full Draw. Full Draw is a good for boss fights when your Multi-Shot is down and semi-useful for the knockback. Especially since you’re not taking Stone Shot in QS.
QS: What’s your ping? Effective QS have less than 100ms. You can still play QS but keep in mind you’ll be handicapped by your ping, not your play style. Go QS 3 instead of Wugu if you’re efficient. Again, are you sure you don’t want Stone Shot? Reasons?
Wugushi and Cannoneer: No issues about any of your skill distribution.
Stat distribution: SPR is definitely needed. Try and put any number from 20-50. 50 for full on SPR, 20 because of your Oblique. Otherwise, 10 would also be good. Just remember the 10s trick. Keep in mind that near 200, 100 DEX is useful for having a 100% hit rate and some crits.
Sapper: Broom Trap is one or two steps larger than Gu Pot. Slightly more useful since you’ll be in Demon Prison by then, so even your stationary traps will be useful. This is entirely up to you.
Alternatives for QS: Ranger or Archer c2. Ranger for early AoE, Archer c2 for better Multi-shot, Full Draw and Swift Steps.
GvG: Keep in mind that Wugushis are not that useful in PvP since any cleric can cure the poison and antidotes have 0 cd, for now.
