Just that, i have been refining a mana between +3 and +8 with extremely bad luck, not got it a single time it pass to +9, also i wasted like 20 golden anvils
RNG sucks I know.
Some people could get to +12 w/o fail while others will fail endlessly at +8

i got my DGC to +10 without failing 
i had similar luck with my superior wreech bow, i got it to +14 only failing once, then failed to get it to get it to +15 so now its +13
