QS "Rapid fire" question

Hey guys, so Ive just got QS2 and put 5 points into rapid fire…

the skill description is so vague…

I notice that rank1 or rank5 it still only does 7 hits… :s

on top of that the casting is even longer… (the “maximum load time”) …

like what’s the point in getting rapid fire to a higher level than 1? it takes longer to load to shoot the same amount of arrows (7) …

aside from the damage increase… is it even significant?

anyone who has tried and tested or any idea about this skill please let me know!

I have read some post/threads that say rapid fire is pretty useless, it has long CD, can only hit in a linear way and long cast time, some prefer to leave it at lvl 1.

Better save those points so that when you get to QS 3 you can max Running shot

Rapid fire is only good for the attributes for critical resistance get it at level 1 and move on,. Stone shot and picking isn’t the greatest but it has its uses.

like what’s the benefit in levelling it higher aside from higher base damage…

what is “maximun load time” ?

just don’t spend any more points into it and get the attribute that let it bring down crit resist on enemy for 9sec

I also wanted to know some answers here. about rapid fire…

does it have AOE ratio? would the range be wider if you have items that has added AOE ratio?

and how far does the rapid fire can go? is it more than the range of kneeling shot?

Rapid fire testing from center of screen and hit the monster on the very end of the screen.

also tried testing if it can hit monster outside my screen range. and it hit too.

No, rapid fire does not have AoE ratio. I have tested it with +3 AoE ratio and it still only hit 1 target.

It does go further than kneeling shot. I was able to hit boss off screen with rapid fire.
