Pyromancers Buffs

It feels like Pyromancers don’t bring much to the table other than damage, but their damage seems pretty lackluster since it’s all essentially damage over time. Some Pyromancers buffs/changes/additions I’d like to see.

Fire Wall - Some flat damage to Fire Wall, more walls, or Overheat. Even Cryomancers get flat damage to their Ice Wall, and even get more walls at level 15 (Fire Wall 8 vs Ice Wall 11).

Hell Breath - More damage, less SP cost, and/or not have it cancel when you get hit. Hell Breath level 5 deals less damage than a Psychokino’s level 2 Psychic Pressure, requires Rank 3 of Pyromancer, and costs x6 more mana per second for the benefit of hitting more targets? and slightly further range.

Enchant Fire - Increased range on cast. Enchant Fire is a buff, so I feel like it should have the normal buff range. Other buffs like Sacrament, Quicken, and Reflect Shield seem to have at least half a screen cast range, while Enchant Fire seems to have a buff range slightly larger than a Magic Circle.

If the Enchant Fire range is because of the Enchant Fire: Decreased Fire Property Resistance attribute would it really be that wrong to buff that range to that as well?

Attributes - Have Fireball: Burn Debuff attribute be universal to all Pyromancer’s skills, but possibly at a lower %.

  • Have Enchant Fire: Decreased Fire Property Resistance attribute be universal to all Pyromancer’s skills however not on cast, but on an x% chance when damaged by a Pyromancer’s skill.

  • An attribute to increase the damage on fire property of Enchant Fire per attribute level

Flat number increases in exchange for some duration or number of hits. Pyromancer’s skills have the benefit of being able to hit more than once, but some skills will almost never get full duration or number of hits off.

A well placed fire wall should deal more damage to boss monster and should not stop hitting the boss monster after my firewall 15 hits is used up.

Actually, a well placed Fire Wall probably deal less than a well placed Ice Wall. A perfect situation Fire Wall will probably deal more damage though. All 8 walls and all 17 ticks.
