Can someone Simulate a PVE focused Dragoon build for me please? or would a full dex highlander be good

Nah, I don’t like PvP myself, it’s alright.
The first one is specifically the best Swordsman build for PvP.
Next ones are your Dragoon choices for PvE.
First one concentrates on Attack, boss killing and multihit damage. It uses 2H weapons.
Second one has the best Swordsman AoE in the game, uses 1H + Shield and utilizes more Defence. When you get to Doppel, this is where your real damage starts.

Noob here. Why is Sword 3 Cata 3 Dragoon considered not Good for PVE? Cus I was considering making just that
so what skills do i get in this build? could you simulate it on tosbase?
No, they both lack in AoE skills, but Hoplite gets +3 AoE thanks to Finestra’s attribute. It also can strike on longer distance because of the spear, which also allows him to kite mobs.
Why do you ask?
Restraint + Impaler + Cata’s extreme mobility. Add Gae from Dragoon to combination and you are golden in PvP.
It can be used in PvE, though, but Cata essentially is PvP class, because of it’s utility. For PvE you better go full Hoplite, if you use Spears.
What build from these two are you interested in?

So if I want to mob things with swashbuckling en masse and deal aoe damage I’d go with sword - pelt - 3 high - 2 doppel?
Im asking because I’m confused i need a high evasion build preferably since I will be mobbing for me and my cleric lady, I dont truly trust high con builds tbh and I dont need to do best damage in- game but I dont want to do weak damage either. Preferably able to hit all taunted targets, with enough damage with a cleric -krivis - sadhu - pd at the side to deal with all mobs and bosses.

Yes, that’s exactly what you would do.
However, this build won’t give you high Evasion.
You will be able to block pretty well with Cross Guard, and Cyclone will allow you to clean entire rooms of mobs very quickly.
It concentrates on pure damage, with a little bit Defence and Block from Peltasta Circle, where you can also block with a Shield.
If you want Evasion, you could probably go for Fencer tank build, like Pelta2 - Rode2 - Fencer2. Just mind, that you will struggle at earlier levels.
Really annoying that doppel c2 skills require 2h sword and fencers skills a rapier. If only I could use doppel skills with a spear 
Does pelta2 - rode 2 - fencer 2 have a way to deal with masses of mobs though? Noob question but I never played a swordie just archer and wizard into SR and alchem respectively.
Somehow, yes. You can get High Guard, which will significantly lower your damage, but will allow for Umbo and Rim Multiplier 250% Combo.
Rodelero, while being ass, gets magic tanking, the only class in the game that can do that. Also, lots of CC.
Finally Fencer is where you main source of damage at. It ignores defence on Pierce attacks, you get a lot of Evasion and Block too with skills.

Does everything for doppel other then cyclone require 2h swords? I would consider going doppel c2 just for cyclone alone.
Does blocking attacks give you stacks on deeds?
I think I more or less found my little bit of niche now thanks to your help, I wont be as good at dodging and I wont be as good at dealing aoe damage but I will be strong in both. Im back to thinking swordie - pelta - hop 3 - doppel 2 is the way to go, even if I dont utilize other doppel attacks due to 2h requirement. I can always spam spear throw cant I
Get that Cataphract out of here and take Doppel instead. That’s the first thing even without looking at the build.
For stats go 4:2:1. Hoplites and Dragoons benefit from high STR greatly.

Cyclone doesn’t require 2H and so are Mordshlag and Punish. All DoppelC2 skills require 2H Swords, though.
No. Nor does Dodge. You need to be hit for it to work.
No, no, no. Get Dragoon instead of DoppelC2 and you will be set.
