I think that ToS needs a lower resolution than it has now. 800X400 is perfect, but we don’t have it on ToS.

you should be able to change it by going to User.xml on your ToS folder
Steam > steamapps > common > ToS > User.Xml
then you edit it then you look for the line “resolution: n x n” then change it to 800 x 400
Yes you can use the suggestion of wowexl however some navigation options and hints cannot be seen once you run game on lower resolutions.
