I agree, a game should have accurate information inside it, this patch feels rushed, we should have got more up to date skills. Its not like we get our updates every week like some places.
Maybe we should get back to time machine year 2000 where guide books for RO still exist.
Or at least players who discovers everything themselves and truly doing their homework and build their own char
I was thinking what if Tos come and replaced RO when it’s first launched back then.
P.S: Do you have so much time to reset 14++ chars?
gone are the days when the game actually gives you enough information without needing to search the internet.
This is a known problem with Korean MMOs and international releases. You get patches later.
Let’s assume a random korean mmo has a LOT of whales in itos version but is not doing well in korea.
What would the korean players think if the mismanagement is so absurd that the publisher has to unplug the international version and then korean version (because korean have not enough customers and or whales)?
I don’t think this is the first time we see this situation, not only for tree of savior.
Which honestly isn’t really a big problem in a lot of games (see Dota or Path of Exile for example) but those games arent from another region with a different language from a company that has fairly lame translations and doesn’t communicate with its player base.
That isn’t the problem, the problem is we don’t get the same patches as them in the same order in the same time frame. If we waited several months for a patch but got hotfixes or balance patches like ktos does shortly after a patch then not many people would be upset. The problem is that we may need to wait a month or longer for a patch they got a week or two after the same major patch because our patches are in large updates over a longer wait period.
How long did I have to fking wait for the Zaibas fix? 5 months? See what I mean?
I prefer this to being one full year behind Korea, like it was with RO.
