Hi, Its been 15 days since I got this protection mode and according to one staff its only for 15 days, I still cant log in. Guys please, can you expedite this. I just loaded 500 tp come on.

Hi guys its been 16 days, in the support section theyre telling me I got a permanent ban, can you guys be considerate, its my first offense, and my only main account. I bought tp always and i still have 550 unused tp.
