Hye someone in my guild offer to sell me for 2m, but he mentioned the veil is not tradeable after he tried to trade with me. So i guess the item has no value since you can’t trade for it, or just use it on your own.
It is tradeable, sold it for 10 blessed gems (10m) just now.
