Hey, I really appreciate the communication and the compensation you guys are giving, specicially if you’re extending the past compensation for the 12h maintenance period, which is awesome. I really like that.
But… I don’t really care much about that. I’m seriously worried, as many people are too, about the Girl event which is a daily thing. If you’re locking away accounts for about a week’s time, most people won’t be able to complete that event, and that’s really heavy on the $$$, since that gives away a cardboard cube, which includes a recipe for endgame weapon. That in itself could amount to a 40kk silver, which is such a big deal that the rest of this compensation is negligible. As much as I appreciate all of these rewards, they only contribute to my EXP (and some ET runs), which I don’t really care for missing when compared to everyone in the server getting a 40kk recipe as reward because they haven’t been block and we don’t. That is the main driving point of me wanting to quit the game for this account locking. I hope you guys have some plans to extend the event period, and if possible, if you could annound it as early as possible about it, because otherwise, despite all of those extra dungeon runs and exp tomes, which could never ammount to a 40kk recipe, I will simply quit. The amount of time I will lag behind comparatively to the rest of the players who get it will just be too much to recover.

Do you guys talking about “exploits” even understand what happened? The “exploit” was literally just farm mobs.
Any mob.
Farm anything, and things dropped more often than they should. If you killed anything in the past week, congrats, you’re an exploiter.
What’s funny is this compensation is probably worth more than the items they’re spending hours upon hours trying to manually remove.

This is a joke, IMC you guys even have someone to deal with such thing? first place, every1 knows that it was IMC fault that all that happened, yes, so you need to compensate people for not being able to log on the servers, yes, but you guys need to think before coming to a reward keeping 1 of each item is already something really good since some of those items are worth 5kk+ now keeping the rewards for down time, yes, understandable… here comes the real thing, 1 day token per each day their account is not able to be use +1day just because, 10 enchant scrolls and mayyyyybe 1 leticia’s cube, what you guys did was just a straight “■■■■ you” to everyone that didn’t abuse of your mistake, hope you guys can do something about this statement because it’s not something you would expect from a company.

What a mess. A rollback would be far far cleaner. But they insist on doing things the hard way.
@lalaco @ArenaWaifu No plans to extend any events themselves, although we’re looking into what can be done about timed rewards already received from currently ongoing events.
@renaan_avila @manolopassini @marcionil.junior @watanabe849 We don’t want to punish people who only acquired the items, and we will be seizing the irregular items as mentioned in the announcement. Those who abused the DPK errors will have their accounts restricted. Those who didn’t will be compensated for the time their accounts were unfairly suspended.

And what defines “abused the DPK errors”? This is literally just people farming mobs. That’s it. How can you call that an exploit when that’s your own fault? You’re going to punish players for YOUR mistakes?

Though the compensation items are not bad, the only thing that bug me a lot it’s the Letitia’s Secret Cube 10+1.
Like really if you gonna give that reward to EVERY ACCOUNT RESTRICTED it does mean that you guys are not taking in consideration those players who really abused and exploited to the sky the dpk bug. Let them with 1 item of each it’s already too much.
If you really gonna give those rewards to the players who theirs account got restricted at least take the time to give those Letitia’s Secret Cube 10+1 to the PLAYERS WHO WRONGLY GOT THEIR ACCOUNT RESTRICTED, and not everyone, this is clearly a way to say to others players to keep exploiting bugs because they will not get banned anyway and perhaps they will give recieve a nice compensation instead.
I was really happy when you guys decided to don’t make a rollback and take actions to the dpk items who were exploited by the players.
But this is too much, don’t encourage the exploiters to exploit more bugs.

As stated in the announcement, the general rule is: if you acquired items but they didn’t leave your team, your account won’t be banned. And again, the irregular items will be seized.

you guys are already letting them with 1 item of each, giving them something for the time they are unable to use their account is okay, but all that you guys are giving is just a joke, really, why 30 days token? they are prob not even going to be blocked for 1 week, 10 leticia’s boxes can give them a straight 20kk if they get 1 prac(if they don’t get more rares) while people that didn’t abuse the error will keep some exp bonuses (which are worthless for those who are already 330) and they will get that too
