Can anyone confirm if Power Staff’s C attack gets its attack speed increased by Chronomancer’s skill Quicken?
According to this it does work, but it has been a while and it does not seem to work with Tiesa Staff, when I tested it, so I’m skeptical.
Because staves are special and their C attacks basically counts as a skill
