Population dropping again? V2

C’mon guys. I believe you are all aware what’s going on with this game. Especially you veteran players. How many of you have been playing this game and still actively on forum as well?

Ask new players out there. How long they will last as casual players . Yeah, ask them if they can keep playing without token restrictions etc

I got some friends who look at this game and they got hooked in. But they didn’t last long enough. Token restrictions, endless farming, dead population (Please don’t point me on crowded server like Telsiai. I am also not from iTos), Doing the same thing everyday once you hit cap level, major bugs, random crash, Nearly P2W game(This is subjective I know. But again, they are casual players), afk necros.

I know again and again, it’s subjective but all those issues are fact aren’t they?

Those who don’t care and still find the game fun, will just keep playing. But once the fun is lost, they will simply quit

edit 1: also, lack of content update counts. Which is what happening now until we got more content and news of R9

Aslong as IMC profits from gacha, they got all time in the world.

They made a lot of bad decisions in last year really set back the game a lot.
Transcendence system is 1 of them, Gacha/Letitia Cube also 1 of them, they may earn a lot but also damaging the game sustainability by a lot. We also believe the letitia cube support more resources for them, but it seems not that case.
We hope leticia cube > more content update > more leticia cube sales > more content update > repeat, but end up content update > leticia cube > gacha cube > leticia cube > gacha cube > letitia cube…

It should took x3 efforts to rescue what the game suppose to be, they did it during combat change update, but have been layback after that. Up to this point, this is a bit too late if exciting news doesn’t come with good pace.

I know they might working hard, but this is a cruel modern gaming world, if you lost the right timing you will lost a good amount of players as well, there are many competitive games or console games on the queue. If they hooked up on other games, there will be slim chance they are coming back.

Will it really drop under 2k at the end of this month?

I hope so. An average of 2300 addicts to leave the game until IMC realized that a game actually either needs content or ->anything<- fun/worthwhile for the players to stay. An endless combination of boring grind for nothing and RNG frustration after frustration certainly isn’t helpful.

Well duh, maybe at the end of the year.

Same i’m on the verge of dropping this game too.

My initiative to play ToS was like going back to visit my RO nostalgia.
I would say i’ve done and had a great time, I met good peoples and did funny/crazy things. The players environment was something i’ve not seen since old RO, like peoples willing to sit and chat. I congratz ToS actually successful on being spirit successor of RO. I used to say to my old RO friends lets play a similar game together again, but after short time together in ToS the thought is done, we will continue focus our busy/family life and never look back mmorpg.

I still login to do event and level if im free, but i don’t pursue dry content for any competitive goal anymore.

Pssssst… RO Restart has 7k players on IRO alone, TOS has failed to be the “spirit successor”

RO will always be appealing, but I will never play with Renewal mechanics.

And after bot removal it has quickly become 2k

i wish there was a better returning player event for old steam accounts i can’t even remove the team name to play with my friend, other asian mmos have a event where returning players paired with new players get rewards for leveling together, tree of savior is quite lacking in event ideas for a new age mmorpg.

iTOS will die soon. 2000 average players spread across 6 servers is a terrible number. I won’t be surprised if the actual number of real players is around 500 or even less. EXP events will not encourage new players to play the game because they don’t know that TOS exists. Later on, TOS will return as a mobile mmo game. Japan and Korea loves mobile MMO these days. Virtual Youtuber Kizuna Ai makes a good living getting paid by video game companies just to open some gacha. This means mobile P2W games are a lucrative business.

it is now less than 2k in game. haha. funny. I wonder what this week’s update will do? even so, there were never an update from iTOS without hidden bugs and stuff to exploit. It’s sad when a game that has a lot of potential going down the drain. Oh well, let’s move on shall we? Or stay in hiatus mode? Arrggghhh

so many retards are milking mobile p2w games it’s actually sad, too bad there won’t come a day they will grow up and stop wasting money on such a pointless cash grab… makes alot of sense why the mobile development is trending.
