there is no premium voucher for popo boost in tp shop
Im sorry newbie here, just wanna ask so if I already created a character and joined Season 1 Popo Boost Event (roughly 2 months ago if i’m not mistaken), can I create another character and join Popo Boost Event Season 2?
Because just now I created a character and tried to join Popo Boost Event Season 2, when I type ‘Events’ nothing happened 
Please advice, is this a bug or it’s just the way it is?
