Please raise TP spending limit, (Tickets sent no progress)

I have purchased TP via Steam inventory and already received it as in-game TP currency 900 (+90) TP bundle EU server. I have sent 2 tickets now and got no responses on progressing.

sending a ticket and all that.
It’s been few days now, I’m quite new ToS player and been here for more than 2 weeks.

please help raise my TP spending limit .

Helpful information for later TP purchasing, concerns to especially, New player.
Update:

  1. you have TP spending limit 300 TP / month and they say it can be removed. (THIS IS NOT TRUE).
  2. You should not purchase more than 300 TP a month, as you will not get to use what you BOUGHT.
  3. and your issues will go silent in a few days like mine.
  4. even if they can’t raise TP spending limit, there is NO WAY they can manage or ask for documents to verify the purchases / payments.

PS. They are unable to raise my TP spending limit. and I DO NOT know how other games don’t have this kind of issue… and you’re allowed to use what you buy.

Once again, let this be a lesson for any NEW COMER and me.

Please restart the client and check your TP limit status :wink:
