Please! Give us features to confirm the party members before we go in dungeons/missions through search party

I am A2QS3S1M1 extreme anti-boss/anti-player build player.
I like use the search party to get in dungeons/missions to have the bonus EXP.
But in past several days, i am often get in team with 3 swordsman…and no healers…
and what the swordsman doing? They just make themselves busy like…put the flag,
playing their skills with boss that kiting by me, use their faces to face the boss’ aoe skill instead block it or moving…
sitting near bonfire to wait us to kill boss, just sitting and wait wizards, clerics and archers
to defense the torch in 3 mins…

That makes me annoying and angry, i am not concern they are weak but lazy…
And most of them are not tank but just fighting like tank and losing their HP in sonic speed…

Everyday i am kiting the boss without healers…and they just sitting and barbecue…
what can i do?

PLEASE! Improve the system and let us confirm the party first before get in, and give us the right to reject to the strange team such as many non-tank swordsman team…

Yes, it’s ALL swordsman players who are the cause of this. Let’s let players automatically reject a queue if they see a swordsman!

they will never do this. this will just promote more discrimination against certain classes. you might as well just create your own party.

I usually assume someone is baiting when they make ridiculous suggestions that absolutely will never work :stuck_out_tongue:

this is the point i usually assume someone is daydreamer when they don’t know the world is big.
TERA has this system exactly. It works even its an old game now.

i was just kidding with the bait thing XD

you see, the reason why there is a bonus exp is because you dont know if you would be able to finish the run. its kind of like the reward for having a bad team comp.

also, if this is implemented, there would be more threads complaining about how it takes tooooooooo long to queue for a dungeon/mission. you can still make a party of 5 and have all circles (wizard, archer, swordsman, cleric) and get a smaller version of bonus exp. at least its a sure easier run than queing for ret*arded teammates :joy:

NO, you can’t. Due to we haven’t this feature.

you’re not getting my point. the bigger bonus exp is there because of the RISK involved in queueing.

and based on you’re suggested feature, you still wont know who is/are the free riders. not unless you are thinking swordsman = free riders.

yes, at least i get more balanced team to reduce the risk.
i know that more gain higher risk, but free riders are the problems.
And most of them are swordsman…

The bonus XP is there to compensate the risk to get a bad team. If you don’t want a bad team, then create one yourself.

Tfw forever alone because every time someone sees me, everyone else except me clicks reject button so I’m put back into searching for party.

then, we can go in search party and just sitting and wait others to clear?
Due to they agreed that search party bonus is mounted with risk?

this is just a possibility, but that swordsman might be fed up of people telling them they are useless. hence they troll when they see the chance to get back at them/community. its a chain reaction and the root problem is poor design.

the only solution is to make your own party with only 1 swordsman. dont forget to take 2 wizard class. :wink:

Healer here and always got 4 healers party. :joy:
We’re immortal cause :yum: ,got 30-40 tiles of heal. :joy:

Nah, everybody should give his best, but if you get an idiot in your group, can’t be helped. It really happens rarely for me. Maybe once every 20 times?

i had got 3 healers, 1wizard and me team.
Healers are very strong, at least stronger than sitting swordman.
they know i am kiting, they try to make me safe and makes debuffs to let me shooting more painful.
And yes, Goodbye swordman we don’t need you.

may be you are right, i am in varena now and high level players are very few.
so i need to search party and get bonus EXP. And i got trolled…
In my view, only tanker type swordsman is valuable.
