Actually, there is nothing wrong with doing this. By doing this, they simply earn themselves a bad reputation. Its nothing that is against the rules and regulation of the game.
Always look at the price before clicking.

It’s also a very good way for buying silvers (RMT). 
I don’t think its okay to let him ruin the experience for people who’s trying to have fun in this game. At least suspend his account for a while so he would stop everyone here in Varena is so sick of this guy. I certainly wouldn’t want to pay $200 for a meal that normally costs me two dollars.

Note and look clearly at her adventure index. 0 Unranked. Hacked level, Hacked exp cards. Common sense says, the person got banned before and trying to come back. But as obvious, IMC forgot about the EXP card hack and the quest repeat hack and only mentions the class change exploit.
You do know every Squire and pardoner has a journal score of 0 or unranked right?
It shows that for every player if the they opened the store and logged out/logged on another character.
