I couldn’t find to who gives the Chocolate box. The item doesn’t mention. Does someone know?
Right click the candy. You may assume it just uses it, but it doesn’t. It tells you where to go and there’s a yes/no option to eating it.
I read that wrong, there’s an NPC near the Priest Master in Klaipeda.

Oh, I was right the first time then. Use the box, it tells you the location, then you have to look around at the place. The NPC is nameless and roams around.
Make sure you don’t accidentally eat it too.

So I just have to click to use it and it will tell the location but it will not consume the chocolate , right? I mean, right click seems like to eat that chocolate box and that would lose the delivery quest
It’s going to give you a prompt that tells you the map and if you want to eat the chocolate or not.

As strange as it is, that’s how IMC made it work now.
It shows this once you use the chocolate.
Make sure you don’t pick the wrong option and accidentally eat it. I just press esc to be safe.

It’s easier to find the NPC if you have rader or object detector.

@Makiyuko I changed the name of the font so ToS could use it, but I found out that it’s called Wild Words. I edited mine a little though.
