Is it really so hard to IMC ban them, or they will be able to continue just because they paid like us?

I am giving suggestion as I could think off. So do not mind me if it sounds non-sense to you guys…
Could you just use filtering with combine word within the sentences or specific of signs. Example, if the typing includes “Sell” + “silver” + “$” or “USD” + “www.” that player will be added into some sort of watching list for IMC to look into the logs later on instead of keep your eyes to the shout. Just giving some of my opinions or stupid notion or whatever. Just do it IMC… please.

Also, @bas_paladin if it had some kind of cooldown between a message and another in shout, it would also be good …

Also perhaps a lvl cap? -not too high tho. Perhapps lvl20 or somthing?
The problem starts when 2 or more sellers starts to compete about space and there is basicly 1 message per secound and they use at least 5 rows… Makes it lag a lot!
CD and filter words like $, €, £, money, gold, silver, www, .com, etc… (and repeat words over and over)
This is useless. And it annoys legit players.
They should filter the sites addresses instead.
The lack of response to this issue by IMC is very disheartening.
