I just had a thought. Wouldn’t it be cool if there is a guild that only allows beta testers or people who already know the inner workings of the game. I mean it sounds a bit silly and quite an impossible feat to achieve, but still, wouldn’t it be cool?

for example, before the game starts we enlist people who wants to join the guild and then we make and election who will be the supposed “Guild Master” based on popularity, then we elect people of the next highest ranks, I mean we decide on everything as a guild.

just a thought though.

In theory I could see it working effectively, however some might see it as a guild full of elitists, and that’s not something you usually want.

I really don’t see a problem with that, but as far as i am, you can even try to call me Shiroe-wannabe, but i am not much of a fan of guilds, i ran one once, well more like 10 years ago or so on Conquer Online, most of the members where from my country, it was fun until a drama started in, i decided to left the guild, created another one for me and a close friend and we stayed there until i quit the game due boredom.
I entered on other games guilds but it always end up the same thing, people talk then start to leave and when you notice the guild is dead, so i decided to quit on this guild business.

Well this all is just my side of the story.

I see it as a bad idea… Did you watched sword art online? If not, they had an hate towards beta testers because they know more about the game and were not sharing.
Making a guild with only beta testers for a lot of people will be seen as : " We are beta testers, we know more about the game and not gonna let you newbies inside our ranks."
I know it’s not the what you thought, but it is the way a lot o people will see.

It would be seen as elitist,but so are all of the top guilds with strict criteria.It doesn’t really matter what it’s about.

I will accept nothing less than the title of Melon Master :sparkling_heart:

If people really want to make a problem out of it,they will anyway.

I was thinking Melon’s Valley myself.It’s always a harder path to trek but so so worth it in the end :sparkles:

Also, OT, tis pretty much like @Melon said. People would see us Beat… I mean, Beta testers as Elitists, something I despise. In a worst case scenario, wed have a RL depiction of SAO, another thing I also despise.

Not to mention that, in general, everything is such picky guild would be roses and rainbows til the first drop of drama falls. Not much is left in the aftermatch.
