A personal note
In game latency is playable, I have been playing other games such as League of Legends at the NA servers for long.
Beside that, once SA server was opened, I realized the difference, It turned into a different game just because 100~200ms less than before.
Currently, in ToS, when you autoattack at melee they most time hit but don’t do damage, I think it is because of a late information about the position in the server of the mobs. And sometimes you hit and the damage is displayed later, or it’s being displayed twice in the second autoattack.
That’s how I’m playing now. Hope you transfer the server to a closer location.

I’m pinging from São Paulo / Brazil and my ping is oscillating from 5 to 25~30 in the Sao Paulo test, so I uploaded the most frequent ping I got… WHICH IS WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY BETTER THAN THE PING OF ANY USA SERVERS
