Got better response from São Paulo server and Dallas 05/07
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
ISP: Fibertel // Cablevision S.A.
I don’t know why you’d ever consider to host a SA server in Dallas, or anywhere outside SA itself. It’s clearly worse ping due to geographical distance, for starters.
Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.
Net Virtua.

Here’s my results from Brasília - Distrito Federal, Brazil. Some of the Dallas ones were not available for testing, so I did the ones I could.
From São Paulo - Brasil
ISP: Vivo

idk why São Paulo is that bad :l
I think São Paulo is a good choice, or maybe Paraná to give Argentina and Chile somewhat better latencies, though it really wouldn’t change much. In the end just having a server located in South America would really benefit all South American players, they just need to make sure the server is stable enough to handle the demands of the game.
Testing from Bahia - Brazil.
