Not bad, but server still freezes
You need to use the -t command and let it run and only stop when giving the freeze on the server.

You have to show the ping result with Control + C when the server gives the freeze. The same with the result of the site. The photo of the CMD that you sent does not say anything that can help solve the problem, unfortunately.

QUANDO você tiver o lag de 5-20 segundos:

Espere o lag passar, não deve ser mais que uns 20 segundos.

Vá para o “cmd” que deixou aberto ou minimizou, dê um tempinho de 3 segundos no máximo.

Aperte “Ctrl + C”, sim, é o mesmo atalho para copiar texto, aperte isso sem selecionar nada na tela.

Então irá aparecer um resumo da sua conexão com o servidor, isso é necessário para comparar se houve variação antes do lag e durante o lag.

Se houver muita variação de ping durante o lag de 5-20 segundos, é um ótimo ponto de paritda para entender o problema!

I had a high ping in the game that left it frozen, but during that time the cmd did not register and was running in parallel.

Tried again also using the //ping in game when it happens

Yeah. Some packet loss
You dont even are running Tree of Savior.

No packet loss or high ping on cmd, test stopped after lag while opening buff shop (10~15 seconds freeze).
EDIT: second freeze test, HG 340 (Nazarene Tower), 20seconds freeze, same result: No loss or high ping.
