No they are not available atm. Only their costumes were found in the game files, not much else. I’m sure as soon as more content shows up in the files, it will be datamined and all over the net.

Pied Piper is a class that can “hypnotize” mobs with his pipe.
So Pied Piper is basically a “Bard”.
Pied Piper’s story :
One day, a town was filled with countless numbers of rats.
Pied Piper offered his help to the townspeople, but in return, the townspeople must give him some cash or whatever.
Pied Piper came to the rescue, playing his pipe, luring/hypnotizing those rats outside the town.
Pied Piper came back to town, but the townspeople told him to go away because they won’t give any money to him.
Pied Piper got dissapointed. And he played his pipe to lure/hypnotize/kidnap all townspeople’s children outside the town.
Townspeople regret their decision when they found out that all their children are gone. The end.
Hopefully you will have some ideas about how Pied Piper works based on that story.

Because we didn’t get any hidden archer class yet… I’m starting to feel like we won’t even get one…before Rank 8. So I think we will get 3 archer classes on rank 8 and I expect Pied Piper to be the hidden one.
Also I think the devs said once somewhere that Pied Piper will be a class that has no damage skills. So I expect CC and maybe buffs.
I see a huge chance for a lullaby skill for example… haha
