lately i noticed that ping is getting worse in SEA server from ph… any say on this imc? now im fluctuating to 300±500 klapedia was far more better a stable 200+ ping ph area. please do something about this PLDT ISP

are you asking the game company… which has absolutely zero relation to your internet company… to fix your internet for you?
are you sure, it isnt something more local to your area/network?
PLDT seems “okay” for me… 180-200+ latency historically.

It’s not IMC’s fault. It really is our ISP fault. hahaha
PLDT working fine dude, if you look at the tracert posted, the “slowdown” happens between the underwater cables and amazons firewall.
PLDT services sucks, but their network is generally okay.
this looks kinda slow to me. and of course, that’s going to slow down everything past it.
THIS looks -really- bad. unless maybe the servers are just set to not respond to pings. so it’s either horrible, or nothing.
The 7th hop, is a small hic-up… since we are using residential lines and I think a 30ish ms increase is tolerable by asian standards. (take out the latency contributed before it).
The 10th and 11th hops and maybe more (it is possible to have more in there) are probably some ICMP-disabled network devices… and possibly the under water cable company (NTT.net) and/or their SG partners not willing to share info on their network structure (I imagine a DDOS attack on them would most likely cripple a countries internet)
, so in short yeah, most likely nothing, but we cant be sure as we cant see wants happening there.
but @topic
yeah it’s been very laggy at telsai lately… it was better before the server transfer imho
They already said server is overloaded… so… uhh IMC problem? =P
Yup that’s definitely IMC’s problem, waiting for 1-2 secs after talking to the NPC to see the pop up for rewards whilst playing from SG, obvious lag there.
