Perhaps, you should restructure your suggestion.
Prioritize those testers who reported most bugs, instead of barring those testers who report nothing.
The people should have used the bug report. It sends a recorded gameplay. I couldn’t fathom the idea that nobody even used that button.

@Mexxron Truthfully, I didn’t use the bug report button in the game and instead just SSed the bug and put it on the forums 
I actually don’t know why I didn’t use it but I just didn’t.
@Alise_Senpai I actually had to read the “qt3.14” out in order to get it… and even then I had trouble with the numbers until I read “qt” and I’m like “huh… what goes with that?”… I am so dumb.
Gonna have to break the news to you guys, You got to have at least reported 1 bug and make it to at least level 100 to be accepted to next beta. Welp. You heard it here first.

So what about those who were looking for bugs but were not finding any because they were in a section that was already very well bug tested and they did not encounter any of the rare bugs nor did they have any bugs caused by system configurations? Or how about they simply did not have enough time due to being a 2nd key wave group?
They were doing their job as testers, yet you want to see them booted just cause they did not find a bug.
That said IMC did say to the spammers in game that they will revoke a person’s ability to participate in future beta tests if they spam like they were at the time.

That won’t happen, since the testing purpose wasn’t to test the bug report button 
Anyway, that would penalize the testers that reported on the forum instead of using the in-game report.
And would penalize those who, instead of recreating multiple similar threads, only acknowledged/supported existing bug thread with their own.
So, no… not happening.

What if the bugs you found are already Reported? Do you spam Report to give more work load just to report the same thing?
