I have use the frost crystal on mob and killed them for the frozen soul fragment but i’m unable to place it inside the magical power condenser.

same here. I’ve been still stuck at this point. the worse thing is, I can’t accept another PT quest as long as the quest is so incomplete that I can’t clear it. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. I want a solution…
ah never mind this post. I could abandon the quest and take another after breaking PT I was staying.
Same problem here, quest seems broken, had to abandon.
Even when I abandoned the quest, the npc still says that that there is still an incomplete quest, are you guys able to accept another quest after abandoning this one?
Recreating the party from scrap helped.

The condenser is located upper right of the same map where you hunt the monsters. You will need around 15-30 frost crystal to put in the condenser before the frozen crystal appear. I got 3 green gems which doesn’t worth my time.
