Party Quest achievement and quest bug

Party quest not count for achievement.
Did it 4-5 times but still 0/25 counts. Unless it mean other quest or something else?
Try it again yesterday still 0/25 counts.

Private Matter quest not work. When interact with magic condenser it’ll say 'The innocent of the chill has been already summoned". Result in can’t continue or complete quest and have to disband party to get new quest.

Party Quest: Cryomancer - Collect innocent chilled essence

I have use the frost crystal on mob and killed them for the frozen soul fragment but i’m unable to place it inside the magical power condenser.

Thank you for letting us know that achievements are not being credited when doing quests as a party. This definitely does not seem right. We’ll look into it with our devs to see if something needs fixing.

this was reported back in november, and its still not fixed.

The achievement “patry quest” with a reward of blue hair color is still not counting the quests finished in a party.
