The nice thing is that they have pretty nice Evasion so I guess it isn’t /as/ bad as I say it is. They could have been full INT wizelelocks.
but then again these guys jump around like no tomorrow so it’s also /not as bad/ but sometimes setting up heal tiles/mass heal for them is like trying to herd a group of tiny preschoolers on a sugar high
Don’t discriminate at all as long as you do your job. My main is a QS/Wugu but if you spec for a role and you’re carrying your weight I have no issue. So cleric dps circles and SW dps circles (who don’t have pelt), if you’re pushing your circles to the limits your class can go, I’m all for it. Maybe because I feel confident in my DPS I’m less concerned, but if you build your class to fill a certain role and you’re playing your best, I’m all for it.

Why should I waste my time on a party that actually REDUCE my exp rate. I’m playing a game, not doing charity.
Stop being entitled. If you want to party someone, make sure you increase their exp rate.
If you want to argue about making friends while partying, no. Those that are still bad at high level usually has attitude problem, or they would had accepted the advice on how to control their character better instead of still being sht at high level. I would rather not try to befriend such player.
That being said, there are actually good players out there that can increase my exp rate while being a non meta class. But those are really, really rare, and I would rather not risk my time unless someone else recommended them.

Making a solo build, then demanding a spot in parties once party grinding becomes more effective than soloing. That is ignorant too.

It’s usually not about the class, but the player deserved to get discriminated for not getting good, AT LEVEL 260.
If you are picking a class with less efficiency, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR PARTY by compensating with your mechanical skill, or even by silver (daino scroll etc).
So as a QS3/Wu2/Cannon it’s ignorant to expect to join grind parties because I didn’t pick up Falc for circling?
That or the number of other builds for different classes that excel at soloing but have stronger party options with a different build path.

Yes, you are ignorant to expect yourself to leech in a grind parties thats usually BUILT AROUND elememe.
If you want to have a grind party, make a party that you can actually be useful and benefit everyone. For example, get 2 linker with chrono 3 to combo with your qs3 and wugu 2. If you have good gears you can even outperform the usual elememe optimised party.
That being said, no one give a fk about what archer route you chose in most grind party, because you are usually useless in party, and your existence is for the +50% exp bonus.

Well let’s be honest, the dude isn’t wrong to say that. It’s just the typical cancerous elememe’s superiority complex talking. Seen so many of them (because the class is so rampant at least in my server) around it’s not even surprising anymore. There have been nice ones though, not gonna deny that.
Actually, no, he is right, your job as an archer in grind party is nothing more than to contribute bonus EXP. The sad fact of the matter is, elememe’s are always the main course in grind parties, everyone else are appetizers at best. If this extra EXP bonus didn’t matter, us archers would be practically kicked to the sidelines barring possibly a few AOE based ones. Swordman at the very least has the honor of being a taunt pawn for the Elememes, what have we got? Swift step party buff? 
Well thats not true. I am a pro elememe and love to let archers carry my lunch and fetch me some potions with there alchy alts. Bitch better have my pots in 5 minutes or he will get replaced… believe it.
I believe reiters are pretty good in parties. They have pretty good sustain aoe dps. Elememes aoes are high damage but isn’t as consistent as reiters retreat shot or canoneers skills. But most archers go the fletcher or QS path like how most wiz go ele.
As a reiter main here, I am not really complaining about my own class but to your statement, I would say, no not really. 15 targets on an easy cast AOE skill which has 30s CD vs a 10 Target 'situational maneuvering AOE" which has 40s CD, yeah.
