Oracle suggestion skill changes

hello, I want to make a suggestion as the oracle class, because to achieve your rank I was disappointed with some of his ability to end up being useless.

clairvoyance skill
It has very large shipment of 20 seconds making it almost useless, maybe it should be instant to be of better use, or should be in the area.

Arcane Energy skill
the attribute (Arcane energy: additional damage) it gives damage to be cast, but I believe it would be more interesting if instead of giving this damage to cast the skill, was acidionado holy damage to party members for greater efficiency buffs.

reseting skill
Perhaps there is an attribute to train which improve in some percent the chance to drop better.

Change
maybe if the attribute (change: winning) was almentado for 5% instead of 2.5. was more used between players, or perhaps a smaller load.

Most of Oracle skills are useless.
I only like forecast, counterspell, and prophecy

Resetting/Clairvoyance, Arcane Energy, and Change are quite useless.
First, Change makes mobs only go white, not gold, so it only gives silver, not drops
Arcane Energy gives only 15% sp, and stamina is only good for monks.
If you go monk>oracle, you only have c1 monk and i assure you monks need to go at least c2 so its really pointless.monk c2>oracle and u sacrifice a r7 class.

Ok so clairvoyance is nice, you need to know the drop before u can change it
it’s bugged right now though so it doesnt work properly.

Resetting is the ultimate problem though. it just rerolls the chance of the drop, sometimes giving the same drop, or sometimes making it drop nothing.
i would rather just make a character that can kill 3x faster than to take time resetting everything.
It doesnt even work on bosses.

My Suggestion is to make clairvoyance and resetting work on CUBES rather than monsters.
Arcane Energy needs a different buff, and change…should be changed to a new skill.

All Oracle skills should be changed (except Change) to work on boss monsters[including death sentence, but best way would be to scale the chance of it working against the remaining HP of the monster, similar to how Turn Undead works in Ragnarok Online. A full HP Bossmonster has 0% chance to be affected, reducing its HP below 66% would give a 10% chance, below 33% a 30% chance e.g. ], because otherwise they are quite useless. I mean almost every damn skill in this game that doesn’t have a game breaking effect works on boss monsters. Resetting has almost no value for its current CD time (75 seconds per charge with attribute) if you can’t reset the drop of a boss monster [which would hold the most value].

The problem that arises,though, is that boss monsters drop really rare items and that players would bandwagon Oracle if this would mean more profit or to troll other players by resetting their rare drops into crap.
So, Resetting and Clairvoyance should be changed:

1.The effect should only apply/hold true if the Oracle is the one who kills the monster[last hit] and
2. The drop created by Clairvoyance/Resetting should only go to the Oracle, not to its party members or anyone who participated in "killing"
the monster [i.e. killstealers who wait for good loots through Reset and then ks to get them, griefplayers or bots]. A way to do it would be to add the loot directly to the inventory of the player, like it was done with the MVP-loot in Ragnarok Online.

That way exploiting the system would become hard because the Oracle needs to DPS and be actively playing for maximum profit.
