Oracle + Plague Doctor? What I did?

Well, I got Oracle on rank 6 and now I get plague doctor, when I went to use my Incinerate in the enemies I saw that it doesn’t work as I thought because I didn’t have a great skill to debuff them like Zalciai from krivis and now I’m like “nooooooooooo, I’ll have to create a new plague doctor with krivis this time”. But I remembered that Plague Doctor rank 2 has Plague Vapor and so I’ll have a very good debuff for my incinerate become useful but at the moment I’d like to kill by myself but without a good debuff it’s not possible… Do you guys have some suggestion?

My build is more support but I also want to kill with incinerate… I got: cleric > priest3 > cleric2 > oracle > plague doctor and my stats are: 215 con, 53 int and 110 spr. Ps: I got 50 int just for the incinerate

You are way too CON heavy. You can tank, but not really do anything else.
And a mix of SPR and INT is also meh. Either go SPR for support priest or INT for magic dmg, not both.
You obviously need debuffs for good incineration. With your build, you only have Monstrance reliably. Deprotect requires the boss to stay in the zone and Cure only has a short duration as a debuff.
Since you are support, your best bet is to use debuffs provided by the party for incineration. PD2 is more a dmgdealer class than support.

To be honest I’m surprised you want to deal damage with a Priest build. Priest fairly seldom pursue damage. Your build works fine as a full support build, and Plague Doctor has a lot of non-damage utility to pick up over Incineration and Plague Vapors.

If you truly honestly want to try to deal damage with Incineration, get used to using Cure into Incineration (Cure is a debuff). I assume your Cure is a low level as a non-Intelligence build so watch the time window you have to use Incineration right afterwards, especially if it’s hitting multiple enemies and eating up charges faster. Heal also works but you need low enough ping to use Incineration less than a second right after Heal, since the Heal debuff is less than a second. I believe Monstrance works as a debuff as well.

If you’re desperate you can take Deprotected Zone as a debuff, but I don’t really recommend it. Once you get Plague Vapors, you’ll be fine with a decent Pandemic.

wut, ditch the con, get a stat reset. your damage wont be good even with a debuff.

int scales super good with multihit abiites, which cleric has a alot of, so magic clerics need int, but u have barely any.

if you want a PD build

Cleric2>Preist3>?>PD2 for support

Cleric2>Bokor3>Pardoner>PD2 for dps

yu dont need krivis for PD, bokor is actually probably better for a dps PD build than krivis

Aside from what others said, do notice Arcane Energy’s attribute gives enemies a debuff that allows you to cast Incinerate on top of them.

I don’t wanna create a second plague doctor with a dps build, please ;–;

i mean you can keep that build, but your dmg will be low due to your stats

You still be fine though but for solo play you need some item
First is an Ignition because Pandemic can spread Ignition burn debuff (normal monster only)
Second Aukuras skill scroll
Third Zelciai skill scroll
check your server skill scroll first.

when fighting a group of monster place Aukuras then Zelciai follow by Heal if some of monster got Ignition burn debuff use Pandemic > Incinerate
with Incinerate lv 3 and high Blessing damage it should deal around 2000+ damage per hit for 10 sec duration.
if you can land Monstrance, Deprotection zone and Cure on target is a plus.

party play is OK too.

I can confirm this, Arcane Energy with damaging attribute give enemy “permanent” debuff on them that you can use it with Incineration anytime you want. Arcane Energy’s Damaging range is quite wide as well, even with worst base damage, My friend consider it as Debuff Tagger skill.

That’s what my friend can do with just single press on Arcane Energy then Incinerate them.

This was my secret on TBL, everyone is like “wtf? i get no debuffs here!” and die =P

I’m Cleric2>Priest3>Chaplain>Plague Doctor 1CON:2SPR
I have Incinerate lv1 and I do: Deprotected Zone and Cure (Monstrance is hard to do debuff on mobs, but on boss is easy).
But play with friends and they put debuff on boss/mobs, so I don’t have problem.

Arcane Energy with damaging attribute works as a debuff or only a damage skill?

I thought that it just did damage but looks like it’s a debuff as well and I didn’t know it e.e

It deals damage once and applies a debuff (the debuff does literally nothing).

The damage is equal to your attribute level. Level 1 attribute = 1 damage.

Just getting the attribute at lvl 1 is enough.

Cleric2 is fine with Safety Zone lvl1. The blocks come from attribute, not wasted skillpoints. Better max Divine Might and get higher lvls of Cure and Deprotect Zone.

As for Priest, there is a problem created by Pardoner spell shops. For most intents and purposes, you either take Aspersion/Sacrament at lvl1 or max. Anything between is wasted potential. Exorcism seems to be getting a fix, but I dont know whether it creates a debuff for Incineration.

Deprotect Zone is waste of points, I have a pd and I can say that it’s virtually useless.

Monstrance can work in a similar way to Zalciai. Mobs going through it will get debuffed and the debuff will last even if they get out of Monstrance’s AoE (unlike Deprotected Zone).

The circles are very buggy and may disappear once a mob passes them, but the effect stays on the floor.

Be careful when leveling up Monstrance though, as higher skill levels will make cast time longer. If you really need more debuffs, you can get it lv 4 or 5. Never get it as high as lvl 10 or above that, the cast time becomes riddiculous.

At lv 5 it will cast 5 circles, which make it’s effective AoE about as big as Zalciai. You can get it anywhere between 4~7 (less would make the AoE too hard to use and more would make cast time too slow).

But yeah, remember PD 2 will have plague vape as an easier to use debuff (esp. coupled with Pandemic).

Yup, I like that one. Only tweak I can suggest is take points from Deprotect and put them into Cure to max it. You most likely use both only as debuffs for Incineration on bosses. Cure is consumed after a number of hits while Deprotect is not.
