@STAFF_Max the War is a something after this optmization, nothing has change. you need improve something like 70% more . . .
i don’t have great expectations about this optimization, it’s a really surprise, i can see some improvements, but is not enough.
I7 2600K with 1080GTX 16GB RAM here. Great improvement in crowded cities (before update only 15~20fps, now almost 50 fps), but in others maps still the same to me.
I’ve experienced an increase in fps in crowded places by a good 10 fps or so.
I also noticed that the micro stuttering is almost gone when running around while questing.
The 5v5 TBL is much more enjoyable than before.
I’m looking forward for more optimizations that fixes the core problems
CPU: i7-5820k
Slightly changes… And still crashing! Much more now! Before this tuesday, it was crashing like once~twice in a week. Just yesterday I crashed 3 times already… Same pc, same configs. Skills: gravity pole, sometimes ice wall+PP combo. Sometimes, im not even using skills at all.
On empty maps I have noticed an increase of 25~30 fps (From 60~80 to 90~110), while on overcrowded maps like Fedimian CH1 I noticed an increase of 3~5 FPS, same for TBL.

It was a good increase overall, I have experienced much less stuttering after the optimization patch. Unfortunately it’s not enough, but keep it up!
In order to gather more detailed info, I would like to ask your system of computer and internet. Thank you so much for your marvelous reply
Thank you so much for your reply
You made my day
Such a nice sense of humor.
FPS is still ~10 in world boss scenarios and choppy in towns. Fine everywhere else.
i7 overclocked to 4.2 Ghz
12 GB RAM
GTX 780 4GB
Not much improve on fps but greatly improve on struttering. Haven’t test with world bosses hunting though.

I noticed a slight difference with the optimization. Graphically my client stutters a lot less. But there’s still a huge bottleneck related to the game’s netcode.
Whenever a mob, npc or other player gets loaded to the screen, the game will still stutter and start to have a lot of fps drops.
Would be nice if you could pass on to the dev team that the server-client communication is probably the bottleneck they need to optimize (so not only client-sided graphics) to make us feel a really big difference.
@STAFF_Max Look, i dont know how many FPS i got after the update but it did work on the small freezes (about 0.1 ms) while i was walking / running.
I would say this patch was pretty damm good and keep them comming. 5/7
I can do Dulla without crazy fps spikes so that’s a plus buuuuut what happened to channel 3? It’s like you guys give us a tiny gift then backstab us the second we turn our backs q_q
@STAFF_Max
I noticed a slight improvement , but in cities is still very bad.
And I think that the game still does not recognize / use other processor cores .
And you could have an option to disable the shadows , especially the other characters .
And forgiveness for my English
hahaha .
I noticed a improvement when killing a lot of quest monsters at the same time (was supposed to happen according to the optimization post) and a lower fluctuation on the fps ( although I’m currently using vsync since some particles are broken when my fps go above 120) Since I’m usually on empty channels when inside a city I can’t say much about my fps.
When there are a huge amount of monsters onscreen I have noticed a lesser decrease in fps (60 falling to 54 now as opposed to 60 to 40-something) (vsync on)
I’m with the impression that the loading time when map changing increased after the last patch, didn’t measure.
After starting the game the patcher time and the time that takes to the game window apear have increased drastically( less than 2 sec from starting the game in steam to server select to more than 10 sec in Tos patcher alone)
I do have an ssd so I actually belive that the loading time in general is too long.
Some of those problems might be related to the game executable being detected as a virus (bitdefender)
Cpu: i5-6600k
Gpu: gtx 1070
Ssd: yes
Internet: net virtua 20mb
Location: brazil
Antivirus: bitdefender (paid)
EDIT: tested whitout vsync, from 120 to 140(max fps on a empty map) thats way more than 7%
I noticed better FPS in crowded areas like in Klaipeda and Fedimian and slightly better performance when facing some mobs (maps and missions).
Still having the same stutter issue in TBL/GvG. In those instances, the optimization patch didn’t do anything.
But that’s something at least. Hope IMC can fix this asap. Thanks.

Popolion PC here and the optimization was more effective during loading maps and channels for me.
infact the fps rised but… there is much more “spikes”/instant drop of fps then before… mainly when there is a pyromancer or linker together (in dungeon for example)
On average I’d say an increase of about 6-9
In fedi the fps got better and for the first time of the last month i have seen a red channel in eu again (probably due to deleting 1 channel) - the fps were still better than before the patch with a lower populated fedi.
Average of 30-40 Floatingfps and Walking arround 24-30 – sometimes small Drops down to 10-15 again
Dungeons constant 35-60 depending on Situation
low 2-15 fps only when tons of stuff explodes and the deathanimation of Mobs Trigger at the same time – it Looks buitiful and the lagg makes it more buitiful actually… ^^ — switched off it would be constant 40-60 fps
Windowmode - all effects on - i7 2600k 3,4ghz, 20GB ram, Win7 64bit, AMD R9 200 series graficcard, 2TB NTFS coded
