I feel that this is something that should be brought into attention, the games performance on laptops isn’t all that good and I think it could be improved, also the game could probably use a few more graphical options, mostly for the people with weaker machines. Also the games needs an actual fullscreen mode, what we have now is borderless fullscreen and that affects FPS
My fps has been so bad and I’m playing on a desktop. I have seen others run the game fine though.
This game is actually pretty demanding on graphics chips, which do have to render 3D assets. Before raising the issue about performance, please consider the actual capabilities of your GPU and the experience you’d expect from other full-on DX9 games.

OK I was creating a new post when I find out this one, indeed the game is demanding in power, way more than it should. On laptop and linux wine , the game is blowing up the heat barrier and crash.
I think it’s pretty non sense to use DirectX9 for a simple 2.5D game and been demanding so much .
It is a critical issue for any laptop user or low spec computer ( fanless )
