In Ragnarok Crusader / Paladin ( Warrior Class ) Reflect Shield is 40% reflect damage
Only for MELEE and NO DEBUFF
While in TOS the Reflect goes to Wizard Class that has most CC skills and High damage.
Subzero shield doesn’t need Shield for casting, Reflect both Melee & magic attack ( even ground magic ), give Freeze debuff 
Warrior can only cry especially if after Cyro 3 going to Warlock
Subzero shield + Dark Theurge = Warrior Hopeless

Even if you use lots of stuff, the fact that so much effort is required against it is not a good signal.
I think we are all agree that in every MMO there is a class that exceeds in pvp but that’s one thing. A very different thing is an anti-fun class. Cryo 3 literally doesn’t let you play at all. Wont be that bad if only you’d be able to at least land some hits, but you just can’t, one CC and you’re done XD

Please nerf this skill, it’s so unbalanced in many ways, the PVP balance need some rework and this skill is priority one.

In mass PvP / GvG, imagine something like this :
Cyro 3 using subzero shield and see there are enemy magic circles around also see there are ally healing circle nearby
The cyro purposely going to enemy magic circles and when hp get low back to healing circle.
The enemy who’s put the magic circle suddenly die, without knowing what the ■■■■ hitting or killed him.
thats what PD was for but, “no too op, nerf pls” PD really only harmed wizards, which would be op without PD.

Pvp wise, most people are gonna have blood letting, (Not noob shit 1v1s ok). So what does cryo really have that benefits pvp other than sub zero shield? Ice pillar? No you can fade out of that. Ice wall? very situational use. Ice blast? nope, ice pillar ? nope, ice bolt, nerfed. Yes sub zero is strong, but its really the only strong spell in cryo’s arsenal for pvp is sub zero shield. Nerf? ok but then buff every other skill + give them some more usefull spells.
oracles have a spell that also negate level 1 debuffs (Freeze) which has 100% up time so…
Doesn’t even matter that blood letting doesn’t have 100% up time not to mention PD still has beak mask and linkers have share buff, theres too many ways to negate freeze.

in video part 1 there’s huge level different between the Cyro and the Doppel

archer can still hit from range to avoid dark theugre
But warrior ? like you saw at video 1, with only subzero shield you can kill warrior that has huge level different from you without doing anything just cast subzero and being hit.
Imagine if the cyro has same level and rank, and attack the warrior with high rank skill ??
same concept with saftey wall how does a dopple fight a cleric/krivis/druid or a cleric priest + anythhing? They stand in saftey wall and dopples cant do ■■■■, not to mention stone skin will just make them invunrable to swordsmen too, they will eventually die due to no sustain, swordsmen class are just bad in duels in general, if anything they need to buff swordsmen not nerf cryomancers lol
You need read more & Practice more
There’s way to fight all the things you mention
The true is in 1v1 Warrior can win against this Subzero shield
But it’s kinda wasting time.
